~Quiet time is 10 pm - 8am. Please be respectful of your neighbor's and our home! ~This is a non-smoking unit. Please no smoking or vaping (tobacco or cannabis) in the unit or anywhere near the common areas (hot tub, firepits, etc.) Damage deposit will be forfeited. ~This is a pet friendly unit! Please keep pets off all furniture. Dogs must be crated if being left alone for a reasonable amount of time. Please don't leave your dog alone all day as barking may disturb the other guests. Check the binder in the condo on places you can keep your dogs during the day (must be up to date on all vaccinations in order to board them at facilities in town). ~Check in after 4:00 pm and checkout is before 11:00 am.

House Rules

Banff available for $10/stay. All guest needs to sign copperstone check-in Form before arrival. In the busy season sometimes guest forgets to bring back Banff Pass and we try our best to replace the pass ASAP, however availability is not guaranteed. Pets are only allowed with extra security deposit and extra cleaning fees. We will send you a link for you security deposit cleaning fees through airbnb. Banff pass is offered but subject to availability. Please avoid pulling out the sofa bed frame, as it's broken. We have two single mattresses available to accommodate two more people.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described — cozy, spotless, and beautifully maintained. From the moment we walked in, it felt warm and welcoming, like a home away from home. The bed was super comfortable, the amenities were thoughtfully provided, and every little detail was taken care of. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was smooth, and they made sure we had everything we needed. The location was convenient and peaceful, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Great location convenient for trips into Canmore or driving to hiking trail heads. We’ve stayed at this condo complex twice and it is very nice. We appreciate that it is pet friendly and they do not take advantage of pet owners and charge outrageous pet fees. The host is very responsive and helpful we will definitely be coming back again.
